BHS FFA Chapter 2nd Place in the National Chapter Award

Congratulations to the Beresford High School FFA Chapter and students on a great showing at the State FFA Convention and Contests held at South Dakota State University in Brookings on April 7-9, 2019!  The BHS FFA Chapter received 2nd place overall in the National Chapter Award!

The Beresford High School FFA Chapter received 1st place in the National FFA Chapter Award in Growing Leaders and Strengthening Agriculture!  They received 3rd place in Building Communities! 

Congratulations to Trevor Johnson on winning the State Ag Mechanics & Fabrication Proficiency as well as winning the State Livestock Judging Contest!  Trevor also placed 2nd in Diversified Ag Proficiency, 3rd in Forage Production Proficiency, and 3rd in Beef Placement Proficiency!

Congratulations to Trevor Johnson who won the Ag Mechanics & Fabrication Proficiency, Tyler Christensen who won the State Beef Placement Proficiency and Connor Thaler who won the Agriscience Plant Systems Proficiency!

Congratulations to Tate Johnson who placed 3rd in Home and Community Development Proficiency!

Congratulations to Conner Thaler who received an SDSU Blue and Gold Scholarship!

Congratulations to Beresford High School FFA Advisor Mrs. Bridget Twedt who received her Honorary State FFA Degree!
